It's hard to tell, but the Parking Enforcement car in the background is next to a 'No Parking' sign as well.
I have hopes of being able to string together a few days of those photos some time, but haven't quite managed it yet. There is an earlier photo of the same subject from this same spot, so I keep trying to improve on it.
